喘敷灵三伏天穴位贴敷防治缓解期小儿哮喘的疗效及作用机制

摘　　要：目的 探讨喘敷灵三伏天穴位贴敷防治缓解期小儿哮喘的疗效及作用机制.方法 选取本院儿科2010年3月～2012年4月收治的120例小儿哮喘患者,根据其家长意愿,将120例患儿分为A、B、C组,每组各40例.A组采用中药喘敷灵三伏天穴位贴敷治疗,B组给予西药布地奈德气雾剂治疗,C组不给予任何药物.1年后,观察3组患儿治疗前后的疗效以及血清体液免疫（IgE）、细胞免疫（IL-4）指标的变化.结果 治疗后,A组的Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级病情分级情况与其余两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;A组的IgE、IL-4指标的改善情况优于其余两组,且IgE的改善情况与其余两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 中药喘敷灵三伏天穴位贴敷可有效减轻和控制缓解期小儿哮喘的发作.Objective To investigate the curative effect and mechanism of acupoint sticking of Chuanfuling in dogdays to prevent and treating children asthma in remission stage. Methods 120 patients with children asthma were selected and divided into the group A （n=40）,the group B （n=40）and the group C （n=40） according to the wishes of parents from March 2010 to April 2012 in department of paediatrics of our hospital.The group A was treated with acupoint sticking of Chuanfuling in dog-days,the group B was treated with budesonide aerosol of western medicine,the group C was not given any drug.After 1 year,the curative effect and indicators＇ changes of serum humoral immunity （IgE） and cellular immunity （IL-4） before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, grade Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳof the disease classification in the group was a statistical difference compared to that in the group B;improvement of IgE,IL-4 in the group A was better than that in the remaining two groups,and improvement of IgE was a statistical difference compared to that in the group B （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint sticking of Chuanfuling in dog-days of TCM can effectively reduce and control asthma in children in remission stage.
