血浆脑钠素与心钠素水平改变在心力衰竭患者中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血浆脑钠素与心钠素水平改变在心力衰竭患者中的临床意义。方法选择心力衰竭患者共80例,作为观察组,根据心功能分级,分为心功能Ⅱ级患者26例,心功能Ⅲ级患者40例,心功能Ⅳ级患者14例;同时选择健康体检者50例,作为对照组。测定两组患者血浆脑钠素与心钠素的水平。结果观察组患者的脑钠素与心钠素水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心功能Ⅳ级患者脑钠素与心钠素水平高于心功能Ⅲ级患者,心功能Ⅲ级患者脑钠素与心钠素水平高于心功能Ⅱ级患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠素与心钠素水平显著升高,病情越重,其水平越高,有助于了解心力衰竭患者的病情及预后。Objective To explore the clinical significance of the level chang of plasma brain natriuretic peptide and atrial natriuretic peptide in patients with congestive heart failure.Methods 80 cases with congestive heart failure were selected as the observation group,according to the grade of heart function,the patient with grade Ⅱ were 26 cases,the patient with grade Ⅲwere 40 cases,the patient with grade Ⅳ were 14 cases.At the same time,50 healthy people were selected as the control group.The plasma brain natriuretie peptide and atrial natriuretie peptide were detected in the two groups.Results The level of plasma brain natriuretic peptide and atrial natriuretic peptide in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The level of plasma brain natfiuretic peptide and atrial natriuretic peptide in the patients with NYHA class Ⅳ were higher than that in the patients with NYHA class m ,the level of plasma brain natriuretic peptide and atrial natriuretic peptide in the patients with NYHA class Ⅲ were higher than that in the patients with NYHA class Ⅱ ,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The level chang of plasma brain natfiuretic peptide and atrial natriuretic peptide in patients with heart failure are high.The condition is more serious,the level of plasma brain natriuretic peptide and atrial natriuretic peptide is more higher,and which is helpful to understand the severity and prognosis in patients with heart failure.
