五灵胶囊对四氯化碳致大鼠慢性肝损伤保护作用

摘　　要：用 CCl4致大鼠慢性肝损伤 ,研究了五灵胶囊对慢性肝损伤的保护作用。病理学检查显示 ,五灵胶囊能保护肝细胞 ,减轻肝纤维化程度。酶谱检测显示 ,五灵胶囊可降低肝损伤大鼠血清中 GOT,GPT,AL P,MA O的活性。结果表明 ,五灵胶囊对慢性肝损伤有明显的保护作用。Protective effects of Wu Ling capsules on chronic hepatic injury induced by CCl 4 in rats were studied. Histopathological examinations showed that Wu Ling capsules could protect liver cells and reduce degrees of hepatic fibrosis. Liver enzyme spectrum determinations showed that Wu Ling capsules decreased activities of GOT、GPT、ALP and MAO. These results suggest that Wu Ling capsules can protect rats from chronic injury produced by CCl 4.
