摘　　要：用反相 HPL C法测定了贯叶连翘中槲皮素的含量。HYPERSIL ODS2 C1 8(4.6 mm× 2 5 0 m m)色谱柱 ,流动相甲醇 -水 -磷酸 (5 5∶ 44.8∶ 0 .2 ) ,检测波长 36 0 nm,回收率为 97.89% ,RSD为 1.33%。WT5”,6BZ]A RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of quercetin in Hypericum periforatum. The content was determined on a HYPERSIL ODS 2 C 18 (4.6 mm×250 mm) column, using methanol-water-phosphate (55∶44.8∶0.2) as the mobile phase, and detected at UV 360 nm. The recovery was 97.89%, RSD 1.33%.
