摘　　要：作为一种基于院校校本问题,通过有组织地收集、整理和分析院校规划、进程和环境的数据及信息,为院校发展及管理决策提供咨询和信息服务,以提高院校治理的科学化水平和管理效益的一种应用性研究,院校研究见证了美国大学与学院发展与变革的全部历程,并为美国传统学院实现向现代大学的转变、科学管理理念融入大学治理实践、有效回应政府和民众对大学教育日益强烈的教育绩效问责提供了有力的制度保障。With regard to the college-based problems,aprocedural approach is done over the data-collection,planning,environment in order to provide advices and consultancy.This study reviews the development and reforms of American higher education institutions,and is intended to offer an institutional guarantee for modernization of American traditional educational institutions in terms of management,performance and accountability.
