摘 要:目的射频消融结合宫腔造影治疗子宫腔病变的应用及临床意义。方法本组73例子宫腔病变患者,采用射频消融治疗。对临床怀疑子宫腔病变的患者行宫腔声学造影,明确子宫腔内肿块的具体部位(包括其蒂部或基底附着部位)、内膜厚度、轮廓边界,为行射频消融治疗提供准确依据,减少手术操作时间,减少出血量。分别在治疗后3个月及6个月再次宫腔造影追踪病变情况。结果本组73例病例,分别于治疗后3个月及6个月行宫腔造影复查,提示病变缩小或消失。结论射频消融治疗子宫腔内病变是一种创伤小、安全有效的治疗方法。结合宫腔声学造影可以准确选择靶区,减少手术操作时间,减少出血量以及客观评价疗效。Objective To explore the application and clinical significance of radiofrequency ablation combined with sonohysterography on treatment of uterine cavity diseases. Methods All the 73 examples of uterine cavity lesions were treated by radiofrequency ablation. Uterine cavity acoustic contrastwere employed for the patientswho were suspicion had uterine cavity lesions used to ensuring locations of the uterine cavity lesions (including its pedicle or basal attachment site ), endometrial thickness, contours and boundaries, providing accurate basis for the radio frequency ablation treatment, reducing the operation time and the amount of bleeding. The effect of treatment was observed againby hysterography at the 3rd and 6thmonths after treatment. Results The test of sonohysterography at the 3rd and 6thmonths after treatmentsuggesting that all lesions of the 73 casesshranked or disappeared. Conclusions Radiofrequency ablation is safe and effective method on the treatment of uterine cavity lesions. It can accurately select the target area, reduce the operation time and bleedingwhen combining with sonohysterography.
