摘 要:目的探讨曲面重建(CPR)技术在输尿管梗阻性疾病中的应用。方法对60例输尿管梗阻性疾病进行多层螺旋CT(MSCT)扫描,15例非结石梗阻性病例平扫后增强扫描。对60例梗阻输尿管进行曲面重组。结果 60例中,输尿管结石45例,输尿管癌2例,膀胱癌4例,输尿管炎症6例,输尿管外压性病变3例。结论 CPR技术能清晰直观地显示输尿管梗阻性病变及输尿管梗阻和肾积水情况。对输尿管梗阻性疾病的诊断和治疗具有重要指导价值。Objective To investigate the application of curved planar reconstruction (CPR) in ureter obstruction cases. Methods 60 cases of ureter obstruction scanned by multislice spiral CT ( MSCT), 15 cases with acalculous the obstructive cases of unenhanced and enhanced scan. 60 cases with obstructive ureter surface reconstruction. Results 60 cases, 45 cases of ureteral stones, two cases of ureter cancer, two cases of bladder cancer, 6 cases of ureter inflammation Ureter three cases, Ureter external pressure lesions. Conclusions CPR technology can be clear and intuitive display of ureter obstruction and ureter obstruction and hydronephrosis situation. The diagnosis and treatment of ureter obstruction disease has important guiding value.
