二级医院住院患者10年死亡病例1488例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨二级医院10年间1488例住院患者死亡原因及变化趋势,为防病治病提供有效信息依据,达到降低发病率及病死率的目的。方法收集北京军区总医院263临床部1488例住院死亡病例,对其死亡原因、性别、年龄构成及病死率等进行调查分析。结果 10年来病死率总体上呈逐年下降的趋势;男性死亡人数明显多于女性;大于60岁的老年患者死亡率显著高于其他年龄段组;前5位的死亡病因依次为脑卒中、心脏病、外伤与中毒、呼吸系统疾病以及恶性肿瘤。结论加强前5位死亡疾病的防治工作,提高居民的健康水平和生活质量。Objective Discussion on the causes of death and variation trends of 1488inpatients for ten years in second-class hospital in order to provide strong evidence for the prevention of diseases and reduce the morbidity and mortality. Method A total of 1488 death cases of inpatients are collected in our hospital,the cause of death, gender age structure and mortality, etc are investigated. Result Generally speaking, the mortality is a falling trend year by year; The mortality of male is significantly higher than that of female;The mortality of the seniors above sixty years old is significantly higher than other age groups; The top five death causes are stroke, cardiovascular disease, injutied and poisoning, respiratory disease and tumor. Conclusion Strengthen the prevention and control of the disease an＇anging the top five death cause, in order to improve people＇ s health conditions and life quality.
