针刺治疗血脂异常和高血糖症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察针刺治疗对血脂异常和高血糖症的临床疗效。方法纳入同时符合血脂异常和高血糖症诊断标准的患者共48例,随机分为针刺血脂论治组和针刺血糖论治组,各24例。针刺血脂论治组以化痰去瘀、健脾补肾为法,选取中脘、关元、天枢、血海、足三里、丰隆、三阴交穴位;血糖论治组以益气养阴、健脾补肾为法,选取胰俞、肾俞、脾俞、足三里、三阴交穴位。针刺治疗12周,观察治疗前后体重指数、血脂、空腹血糖水平和脂肪肝轻重程度的变化。结果血脂论治组和血糖论治组临床总有效率分别为91.7%和86.4%;针刺治疗后,两组患者空腹血糖水平较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.01),两组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05);针刺治疗后,两组患者总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平较治疗前均有显著性改善(P<0.01),两组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。针刺治疗后,两组患者体重指数、脂肪肝轻重程度较治疗前不同程度改善且两组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论基于血脂异常和高血糖症进行辨证取穴的针刺治疗方法,对血脂异常和高血糖症在糖脂代谢方面均有一定改善作用,为血脂异常和高血糖症的共同治疗提供了一种简便的治疗方法。Objective To investigating the effect of the acupuncture on dyslipidemia and hyperglycemia. Method Forty-eight patients with dyslipidemia and hyperglycemia were randomly divided into blood glucose group （BGP） and blood lipid group （BLP） with the different treatment of acupuncture. The treatment methods such as resolving phlegm and eliminating stasis, strengthening spleen and nourishing kidney were used for the patients with dyslipidemia, and the corresponding aeupoints were Zhong wan, Gaan yuan, Tian sha, Xue hai, Zu sanli, Feng long and San yinjiao, whereas the treatment methods such as supplementing qi and nourishing yin, strengthening spleen and nourishing kidney were used for the patients with hyperglycemia, and the corresponding acupoints were pancreas Yu, kidney Yu, spleen Yu, Zu sanli and San yinjiao. Twelve weeks after acupuncture treatment, the body mass index, blood lipid level, fasting blood glucose and the severity of fatty liver assessed with the abdomen. Bnltrasonogra- phy were investigated in our present study. Result Twelve weeks after treatment, we observed that the total clinical effective rate of BGP and BLP was 91.7% and 86.4% , respectively;the fasting plasma glucose level of patients in two groups were all decreased significantly with no difference between them;the level of total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein-cholesterol and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol in two groups was improved obviously （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05） with no difference between them; the body mass index and fatty liver severity in two groups were improved to some extent with no difference between them. Conclusion Acupuncture therapy could play a beneficial role in the treatment of dyslipidemia and hyperglycemia, which is a simple and feasible treatment method in clinical practices.
