摘　　要：本文研究2010至2012年间在华召开的国际学术会议的工作语言使用情况。本研究收集到符合国际会议标准的会议36次,其中人文社会科学领域的会议8次,自然科学领域的会议28次。调查结果显示,英语是全部会议的工作语言,汉语使用率较低,但已发展到50%,"英汉双语"的格局正在形成。会议翻译存在问题较大,同声传译采用率最高只有20%,远不能满足会议需求。会议工作语言是保证会议质量、扩大会议影响的重要条件,应当给以高度重视,采取有效措施,甚至应考虑制定必要的法规制度。The paper demonstrates the use of working languages of international academic conferences in China between 2010 and 2012. The paper collects 36 suitable conferences which involve 8 humanities and social sciences, 28 natural sciences. The result shows that English is the working language in all conferences, while Chinese is less used, but has increased to 50%. An ＂English-Chinese＂ bilingual pattern is developing. Conference interpreting is not sufficiently provided, with simultaneous interpreting available in no more than 20% of the conferences. The working languages are vital for the quality and influence of academic conferences, and therefore deserve more attention. Taking effective measures and making necessary laws and regulations should be considered.
