摘  要:采用含有海藻酸钠(SA)和水溶性聚酯(ES-1)的高分子改性剂,对纸张表面进行涂层改性并制备棉织物活性染料干热转移印花用转印纸;探讨改性剂中ES-1含量、固色碱剂种类及含量、吸湿剂含量对印花织物的表观得色、染料固色率和渗透率的影响。结果表明,热熔黏合剂ES-1所制备的转印纸与织物间的贴合力对表观得色影响很大;碳酸钠作碱剂且与三氯乙酸的含量均为2%时,固色效果较好;吸湿剂用量对织物得色和染料渗透均有较大影响;用含有6%ES-1、3%SA、2%碳酸钠、2%三氯乙酸、3%吸湿剂(尿素/甘油=3/2)、0.5%双氰胺、0.5%纳米二氧化硅的改性剂制备转印纸,可获得耐洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度均达4级或以上的印花棉织物。Transfer paper is made by coating with a polymer modifier containing sodium alginate (SA) and water-soluble polyester ( ES-I ), and it is applied to reactive dry-heat transfer printing of cotton fabric. Influences of the ES-1 content, hygroscopic agent content and the type and content of alkali agent on the color yield, dye fixation and penetration of the cotton prints are investigated. The results show that the adhesion force imparted by ES-1 between the transfer paper and the fabric has a great influence on the color yield. A better fixation can be achieved in case of 2% sodium carbonate and 2% trichloroacetic acid. The content of hygroscopic agent affects the color depth and the penetration significantly. The washing and rubbing fastness of cotton prints can reach up to grade 4 or above when the modifier containes 6% ES-1, 3% SA, 2% sodium carbonate, 2% trichlo-roacetic acid, 3% hygroscopic agent (urea/glycerol =3/2), 0.5% dicyandiamide and 0.5% nano-silica.
