摘　　要：采用精练酶881和去蜡剂对纯棉厚重织物纱卡进行退、煮、漂一浴法处理,探讨精练酶881、去蜡剂、双氧水、稳定剂硅酸钠用量和汽蒸时间对棉织物处理后性能的影响。通过试验,优化的工艺条件为:精练酶881 25g/L,去蜡剂8 mL/L,双氧水12 mL/L,硅酸钠8g/L,在100℃条件下汽蒸60 min。精练酶881一浴法前处理工艺简单,对纤维损伤小,处理后的棉织物各项性能指标均优于常规前处理工艺。The scouring enzyme 881 and wax remover are applied to one bath desizing/scouring/bleaching pretreatment of heaw cotton fabric. The influences of the dosage of scouring enzyme 881, wax remover and hydrogen peroxide, steaming time and dosage of sodium silicate on the property of the treated fabric are investigated. The results show that the optimum process is scouring enzyme 884 25 g/L, wax remover 8 mL/L,hydrogen peroxide 12 mL/L, sodium silicate 8 g/L, and steaming at 100℃ for 60 min. The one-bath scouring enzyme method for heavy cotton fabric features simpler operation, less dam- age to the fabric, and better desizing and bleaching results than those of the conventional process.
