摘　　要：针对涤棉针织物的染色加工,采用HA型耐碱分散染料、JX漂染同浴剂和JX免还原清洗高效净洗剂,设计开发了氧漂、分散和直接染色一浴一步法工艺和免还原清洗的氧漂、染涤一浴一步法工艺(分散和活性染色)。生产实践表明,与传统漂、染涤、染棉三浴三步法工艺相比,一浴一步短流程工艺可省去多道水洗工序,以及蒸汽加温和部分氧漂助剂,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率,具有明显的节能降耗效果。New dyeing processes of polyester/cotton fabric are launched using HA-type alkali-resistant disperse dyes, JX one bath bleaching and dyeing agent and JX reduction-clearing-free high-efficiency detergent, one bath one step process of peroxide bleaching and disperse and direct dyeing, as well as reduction clearing free one bath one step process of peroxide bleaching and polyester dyeing are carried out. Practical application shows that the new one bath one step process can eliminate several procedures of rinsing and steam heating and some peroxide bleaching assistants, and it features high production efficiency, energy-saving and cost reduction compared with the traditional three-bath-three-step process of bleaching, polyester dyeing and cotton dyeing.
