慢性肾炎系膜细胞周期调控蛋白的表达与中医证型关系

摘　　要：为探讨中医证型与慢性肾炎周期调控蛋白表达的关系 ,对 32例慢性肾炎患者进行中医辨证分型 ,并将肾活检标本分别行常规病理检查及 P2 7、PCNA的免疫组化检查。结果 : 级病理损害以P2 7表达最高 , 级病理损害以 PCNA表达最高 ,P2 7/PCNA比值与病理分级的等级相关分析 r=-0 .6984 ,呈负相关 ;中医证型与病理分级、P2 7/PCNA比值的等级相关分析 ,其 r分别为 0 .6914、0 .6174 ,呈正相关。结论 :P2 7、PCNA作为判断慢性肾炎的系膜细胞增殖或抑制 ,有其实用性 ;中医证型与病理分级程度密切相关 ;进一步推测中医证型的转化 ,其病理基础与 P2 7、PCNA表达相关。For exploring the relationship between the expression of mesenteric cell cycle modulator and TCM syndromes in chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN),the TCM syndromes in 32 cases of CGN were differentiated and the specimen of renal biopsy had been examined with the methods of pathological routing and immunohistochemistry such as P\-\{27\} and PCNA The results showed that P\-\{27\} was the highest in class I of pathological damage and PCNA in class Ⅲ The ranked correlation analysis between P\-\{27\}/PCNA and pathological classifications was negative(r= 0 6984) while that between pathological classifications and TCM syndromes and between PCNA and TCM syndromes were positive(r=0 6174,0 6914 respectively) Conclusions:in CGN,the test of P\-\{27\} and PCNA is practical for the judgment of proliferation or inhibition of mesangical cell in CGN;TCM syndromes are closely related to degree of pathological damage;It can be further inferred that the pathological foundations of TCM syndromes translation are related to the expression of P\-\{27\} and PCNA \;
