摘　　要：自十七大开始,国家坚持走军民融合式发展的道路,不断拓宽市场,并在缩小行业之间与行业内部的收入差距方面取得丰硕的收获。本文分析了近年来我国收入差距问题,并描述军工企业的概况,进一步研究北京市军工企业收入差距对各方面产生的影响,同时分析了目前北京市军工企业之间及企业内部员工收入差距的现状,探讨影响北京市军工企业收入差距的因素,提出对北京市军工企业收入差距不断拉大问题的建议与对策。Since the seventeenth National Congress of the CPC, the state has adhered the road of military and civilian integration development, and continued to broaden the market, and has achieved fruitful harvest between industry and in narrowing the income gap within the industry. This paper analyzes the problem of income gap in China in recent years, and describes an overview of military enterprises, and further study of Beijing military enterprise income inequality impact on various aspects, and analyzes the current military enterprises in Beijing between income inequality and corporate status of internal staff explore the impact of Beijing military enterprise income gap, proposes military enterprises in Beijing widening income gap issue recommendations and countermeasures.
