摘  要:以三角褐指藻为实验材料,研究了不同浓度Cd2+对三角褐指藻生化组分及光合效能的影响.测定了Cd2+处理三角褐指藻16 d后细胞密度、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、叶绿素a含量、最大光能转化效率(F v/F m)、实际光能转化效率(Yield)等指标.结果显示,0.1μmol/L Cd2+和1μmol/L Cd2+处理组对三角褐指藻各项指标都具有促进作用,其中0.1μmol/L Cd2+处理组的促进作用最明显,细胞密度、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、叶绿素a含量分别为对照组的1.12、1.35、1.29和1.22倍;F v/F m和Yield与对照组相比也有显著提高.实验表明,三角褐指藻可以通过自身代谢的调整来适应一定浓度的Cd2+;低浓度镉在一定程度上促进了三角褐指藻细胞代谢,增强了其光合作用效能.Phaeodactylum tricornutum was used as the experimental material to investigate effects of Cadmium on growth,biochemical components and photosynthetic efficiency of Phaeodactylum tricornutum.The soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,chlorophyll a content,the maximum energy conversion efficiency (Fv/Fm),actual conversion efficiency of light energy (Yield) were determined.The results showed that Cd2+ (0.1,1 μmol/L) could promote related index,0.1 μmol/L Cd2+ group was the most significant group.Compared with the normal group,the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein content,chlorophyll content of 0.1 μmol/L Cd2+ group were 1.35,1.29 and 1.22 times.Fv/Fm and Yield also signfficantly increased.This experiments showed that Phaeodactylum tricornutum could adapt to Cd2 + through adjusting its own metabolism.To some extent,low concentration of Cd2 + promoted the cell metabolism and enhance the photosynthesis etficiency of Phaeodactylum tricornutum.
