摘　　要：目的探讨患者在妊娠时患有系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）对母亲和胎儿的影响。方法在对2011年12月～2012年2月来本院住院的SLE合并妊娠患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析和比较。结果在50例SLE患者中共妊娠56次。医生按照选择性妊娠与非选择性妊娠分为两组，选择性妊娠组29例，活产24例，早产3例，低出生体质量儿2例，妊娠期疾病出现活动6例；非选择性妊娠组21例，活产12例，早产6例，低出生体质量儿2例，妊娠期疾病出现活动11例。选择性妊娠组活产率明显高于非选择性妊娠组，早产率明显低于非选择性妊娠组，妊娠期间疾病活动明显少于非选择性妊娠组。结论由于SLE患者选择适当的妊娠时机，并在妊娠期间加强风湿免疫科及产科的监护，这不仅可以提高活产率，也大大降低妊娠期间病情活动和早产率。Objective To investigate the effect of systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） on the mother and fetus for patients in pregnancy. Methods Retrospectively analyzed and compared patients with SLE combined pregnancy in our hospital between December 2011 and February 2012. Results In 50 cases of SLE patients with 56 pregnancies. The doctor according to the selective pregnancy and non selective pregnancy were divided into two groups, 29 cases of selective pregnancy group, live births in 24 cases, 3 cases of premature birth, low birth weight infants 2 cases, 6 cases of gestational disease activity; group 21 cases of non selective pregnancy, live births in 12 cases, 6 cases of premature delivery, low birth weight children in 2 cases, 11 cases of pregnancy disease activity. Selective pregnancy group was significantly higher than that of non selective pregnancy and live birth rate, premature delivery rate was significantly lower than that of non selective pregnancy, pregnancy disease activity was significantly less than the non selective pregnancy group. Conclusion Because SLE patients can choose the appropriate timing of pregnancy, and to strengthen the monitoring of rheumatology and obstetric during pregnancy, which can not only improve the live birth rate, also greatly reduced the activity of disease and preterm birth rate during pregnancy.
