摘　　要：在简要分析淄博市中小企业发展面临困难以及建设科技信息公共服务体系必要性的基础上，结合工作实践，总结概括了淄博市在科技信息公共服务体系建设中的主要做法，同时对下一步如何更好地加强科技信息公共服务体系建设、充分发挥体系作用更好地为中小企业服务提出了自己的观点。This paper briefly analyze the difficulties of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zibo city, and the necessity of construction of the information public service system. Then combined with the working practice, summarizes the main practices in the construction of science and technology information service system in Zibo city, and put forward their own point of view for the next step how to strengthen the construction of scientific and technological information public service system, give full play to the role of the system to better serve the small and medium-sized enterprises.
