摘  要:对某新型散货轮尾部螺旋桨导流罩进行了振动特性测试和有限元仿真,得到该罩自身及其与船体结构系统耦合振动的频谱.分析确定了可能因长期共振导致疲劳失效的部位,利用改进的名义应力法和累积损伤理论对该部位的振动响应和疲劳寿命进行了定量计算,最后对该导流罩的设计与安装提出了建议.Vibration testing and finite element simulation are made of the fluid guide sleeve of the propeller on the tail of a new cargo ship, and the coupling vibration frequency of the sleeve and the ship was ob- tained. Based on qualitative analysis, the position where fatigue failure is most likely to occur due to long- term resonance, is identified. The vibration response and fatigue life at this site are quantitatively calculated by means of the modified nominal stress method and cumulative damage theory. Finally, some sugges- tions about the design and installation of the sleeve are given in this paper.
