摘　　要：以我国法律法规为切入点,对兴奋剂处罚中所适用的严格责任原则进行系统的分析研究,试图找出严格责任原则在中国兴奋剂处罚实践中存在的不足,并提出对应的建议,为确保严格责任原则在兴奋剂处罚中核心地位的不动摇提供理论依据。This research takes our country laws and regulations as a breakthrough point to systematically analyze the suitable strict responsibility principle on stimulant punishment, and attempts to discover the strict responsibility question the insufficiency which exists in our country stimulant punishment practice, and proposes that the corresponding countermeasure suggested that to guarantee that the strict responsi- bility principle the core status does not vacillate in the stimulant punishment provides the theory basis.
