摘　　要：目的　检测TGD牙髓治疗剂对感染根管常见厌氧菌的抑菌和杀菌效果。方法　采用药物平皿试验方法测量TGD溶液对产黑色素类杆菌等 8种厌氧菌的抑菌环大小 :TGD溶液与 8种菌接触3min ,5min后观察菌落生长情况 ,上述试验均与FC ,CP和戊二醛进行比较。结果　TGD对 8种细菌的抑菌环为 2 2～ 48mm ,与FC一致而明显大于CP(10～ 18mm)和戊二醛 (P <0 .0 1) ,其 3min ,5min的杀菌效果较CP和戊二醛强。结论　TGD牙髓治疗剂对厌氧菌有较强的抑菌和杀菌作用。Objective To detect the bacteriostatic and bactericidal effect of T G D solution on anaerobes causing root canal infection. Methods The bacteriostatic annulus of T G D solution on 8 kinds of anaerobes were determined with drug plating method Colonial growth of bacterial cavitations of the 8 kinds of anaerobes was observed after contacting with T G D solution for 3 min and 5 min. The test were compared with FC, C P and codex. Results Bacteriostatis annuli of T G D solution are 24～48mm, which are the same as F C, they are obviously bigger than C P and codex ( P <0.01). The bactericidal effect of T G D solution is better than that of C P and codex. Conclusion T G D solution has strong bactariostatis and bactericidal effect on anaerobes causing root canal infection.
