摘　　要：目的　观察TGD牙髓治疗剂的毒性和刺激性。方法　用TGD液对小白鼠灌胃后观察 5d ,计算半数致死量 (LD50 ) ;TGD ,FC ,CP和戊二醛棉木念分别封于狗牙根管内 1周 ;TGD糊剂 ,根管糊剂 ,氯仿牙胶糊剂充填狗牙根管内 1月后分别处死动物 ,作成单个带实验牙的标本 ,脱钙 ,切片 ,染色 ,普通光镜下观察根尖周围细胞浸润情况及血管形态。结果　TGD的LD50 是 472mg/kg ,TGD消毒根管时对尖周组织有轻微的刺激性 ,TGD糊剂充填根管后 ,根尖周围组织结构正常 ,无明显炎性细胞浸润。结论　TGD牙髓治疗剂用于临床是安全的。Objective To study toxicity and irritation of T G D pulp therapectic mixture .Methods The mice were injected with TGD solution by oral and were observed for 5d.LD 50 was calculated. The root cannal of the dog s teeth were sealed individually by T G D,F C,CP and cidex cotton for a week. Other teeth were filled with T G D paste, root cannal paste and gutta percha paste for a month. After that, all dogs were killed. Through decalcify and section, the periapical structure and cell infltration were examined under the microscopy. Results The LD 50 of T G D solution was 472mg/kg. The periapical structure was normal and no obvious inflammatory reaction was found after using T G D paste .Conclusion Clinical use of T G D pulp therapeatic mixture is safe.
