废旧橡胶集料在抹面砂浆中的应用性能研究

摘　　要：将改性后的废旧橡胶颗粒加入到抹面砂浆中,不仅可提高废橡胶的利用率、减小环境污染,还可以利用橡胶颗粒的特有性能,改善传统抹面砂浆的缺陷,提高抹面砂浆的韧性、抗冻融性能和抗冲击性能。研究表明,橡胶颗粒的加入会降低抹面砂浆的强度和弹性模量,但抹面砂浆对强度的要求不高,故橡胶颗粒在抹面砂浆中完全可以应用。Putting the modified waste crumb rubber to add in the surface mortar has many advantages, which not only can improve the utilization ratio of the waste rubber, decreasing environmental pollution, but also can improve the defects of traditional surface mortar as well as the toughness, anti-freezing and thawing performance and impact resistance of surface mortar. The study results show that although adding rubber particles can reduce strength and elastic modulus of the surface mortar, it can still be applied in the surface mortar because of the low strength requirement of the surface mortar.
