摘  要:与双断口断路器相比,500kV单断口断路器技术关键在于提高断口间的耐受电压。针对某挂网试运行的500kV单断口断路器在热备用时发生断口间绝缘击穿的事故,利用实测数据,对事故过程中断口间电压进行了计算,并进行了仿真,排除了线路操作过电压原因,计算结果表明该断路器断口间绝缘水平偏低。Compared with the double break circuit breaker, the key technology of 500kV single break circuit breaker is to increase the withstand voltage of the fracture. In this paper, an electric insulation breakdown accident of a 500kV single-break circuit breaker was introduced. The voltage of the fracture was calculated and simulated based on the measured data during the accident. The results showed that the breakdown was not caused by the switching over-voltage of the transmission line ,which indicated low insulation level of the single-break circuit breaker.
