摘　　要：目前我国却存在着政府信息公开制度不完善、公民参与制度化水平低、参与机制不健全等问题。为了解决这些问题,政府应当采取转变执政理念、健全和完善公民参与的制度和机制、为公民参政问政提供更多的渠道等措施。At present, there are some issues in our country such as government information disclosure system is imperfect, the level of citizen participating institutionalization is low, participation mechanism is not perfect. In order to solve these issues our government should transform its viewpoint, improve the system and mechanism of citizen participation and provide more channels of political participation in politics to citizens and so on.
