摘　　要：为提高煤矿注水降尘的自动控制效果,根据现代工业自动化系统设计的需求,针对LabVIEW与S7-200系列PLC之间进行了串口通信研究设计。通过采用VISA技术以及状态机的设计模式,实现上位机与PLC在自由口模式下的串口通信,使得PLC采集的数据得以实时显示和记录。该系统在井下运行过程中,上位机与PLC之间具有良好的通信功能,满足了设计要求。In order to improve the auto-control effect of coal mine dust injection, according to the requirements of modem industry automation system design, designs the series communication on account of LabVIEW and S7-200 series PLC.
