摘　　要：介绍了一种适用于各种料仓的带式给料机或甲带式给料机的闸门轨道清扫装置。具体介绍了该装置的结构组成(包括:清扫板、弹簧、螺杆、限位支座、手推板等)及工作原理,并给出了装置中弹簧结构设计过程。试验证明,该弹簧清扫装置具有结构简单,使用维护方便的特点。该装置的运用彻底解决了给料机因物料的堆积使闸门难以关闭的问题。Introduces a new type gate rail sweeping device for different kinds of belt feeders and shell belt feeder. Introduces the structure of the sweeping device, including the sweeping board, spring, screw, limit bearing, hand push plate, etc. And also presents the operation principles and design process of the spring structure. The experiment result shows that this sweeping device has the advantages of simple structure and convenient maintenance. The application of this gate rail sweeping device completely solves the problem that difficult to close of the gate due to the materials accumulation.
