乡镇卫生院医疗设备与经济效益关系分析

摘　　要：随机抽取四川省三类不同经济水平地区124个乡镇卫生院,对其医疗设备配置情况和业务收入情况调查分析,结果发现:不同经济水平地区乡镇卫生院医疗设备配置情况存在差异;对经济较好地区乡镇卫生院配备万元以上医疗设备可提高经济效益。对此,提出建议:完善财政保障机制,确保常见医疗设备配备;结合社会效益,合理配置万元以上医疗设备。Randomly. selected 124 township hospitals from three different economic levels districts in Sichuan Province, and analysis the medical equipment allocation and operating income. The results show that difference among different economic levels of township hospitals, and township hospitals with a million or more medical equipment in better economic areas can improve the economic efficiency. So we suggest that improve the financial mechanisms to ensure basic medical equipments, and combing social benefits to rational allocation of million or more medical equipments.
