摘　　要：社会结构的变迁、体制的转轨、阶层的分化使中国共产党的执政资源面临着一系列新挑战。作为领导中国特色社会主义事业的核心和执政党的中国共产党,必须顺应时代发展的潮流,努力把握自身执政资源的发展变化,积极应对挑战。继续深化改革,发展科学技术,健全政治体制,繁荣先进文化,培养具有强大张力的社会主义核心价值体系。实现社会和谐,是中国共产党应对新挑战的意志所在。With the social structure changes ,system transition and class differentiation ,the ruling resources of CPC faces seir-ous challenges.As the ruling party,the core of leadership for the cause of Chinese socialism ,CPC should follow the develop-ment trend of the times ,copy with the challenges actively ,deepening the reform continuously ,developing science and technolo-gy,perfecting political system .
