摘 要:选取交联羧甲基纤维素钠(X-CMC)、果胶、明胶、淀粉进行实验,分别改变各种水胶体颗粒的比例测定初始吸水速率、吸水性、溶胀性、完整性,研究水胶体种类和在胶盘中所占比例对压敏胶吸水性能的影响。结果表明:加入明胶以后,可以使吸水性、完整性提高的同时,溶胀性明显降低,加入20-30%的明胶对性能有最佳的改善效果。Four common types of hydrocolloid including of crosslinking sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (X-CMC), pectin, gelatin, starch were selected and experimented. In the condition of keeping the rubber base material constant, the proportion of various hydrocolloid were changed to make a film and test the initial absorption rate, absorption, swelling property and integrality. The results showed that the films with a hydrocoUoid of gelatin had continuous and stable absorption, at the same time, had obvious improvement in swelling property and integrality which would get a balance of the three properties. When the proportion of gelatin was 20-30% by weight, the film would have the best performance.
