伽玛刀治疗胰腺癌82例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨胰腺癌患者伽玛刀治疗的疗效。方法82例胰腺癌患者，采用伽玛射线三维立体定向放射治疗．用50％～60％的等剂量曲线包绕计划靶区，单次剂量3～4Gy/次，隔日治疗1次，共治疗10～11次。结果总有效率（完全缓解＋部分缓解）为73．17％，1、2年生存率分别为48．78％和32．92％，局部镇痛有效率86．30％，无严重并发症。结论伽玛刀是胰腺癌安全、有效的治疗方法。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of gamma knife surgery on patients with pancreatic cancer. Methods Eighty-two cases of pancreatic cancer received gamma ray 3 D stercospecific radiotherapy, once every other day, with a 50% -60% planned isodose curve and a single dose of 3-4 Gy/onee, for a total treatment of 10-11 times. Results Total effective rate was 73.17%, and survival rates of 1 year and 2 years were 48.78% and 32.92% respectively. Analgesic effective rate was 86.30% , with out serious complications. Conclusion Gamma knife was a safe and effective method for the treatment of pancreatic cancer.
