摘　　要：针对多腔模具注射成型工艺中存在的非平衡充填现象,分析了产生非平衡充填的机理;综述并探讨了现有平衡处理方法及其优缺点和应用场合,进而提出自动流体调制装置未来应研究的主要方向。Response to the imbalance filling phenomenon in Multi-cavity injection molding process, In this present work, based on the principle of shear induce imbalance, an overview of the exist measures were deeply investigated, and then discussed the advantages ＆ disadvantages and application of these measures. Finally, some suggestions are made for further studies of the automatic melt modulation device.
