摘  要:分析了饮料瓶盖的成形工艺,介绍了瓶盖的注射模结构设计和模具工作过程。注射模采用两次分型、马达带动脱螺纹抽芯机构完成塑件成型,利用推杆推出塑件,顺利开模;合模时,推动复位杆将推板复位,马达反转复位螺纹型芯。模具设计结构紧凑,工作可靠,运转平稳,对内螺纹塑件的注射模设计有一定的参考推广作用。The technical characteristics of beverage bottle cap were analyzed, the structural design and working procedure of the injection mold were presented. The injection mold had two parting surfaces. Used motor to drive the core pulling mechanism for removing the thread and completed the plastic molding. Ejector pins were used to eject the parts and push back pins assured the ejector plate reposition when clamping the mold. At the same time, the motor rolled back to reposit the thread core. The mold structure was compacted and working procedure was good and steady. The design had function of popularizing for plastic part with internal thread.
