摘　　要：根据对橄榄油瓶内盖塑件结构特点的分析,介绍了其注射模的结构设计和工作过程,提出了模具采用定模型芯浮动和二次顶出机构的脱模方式。解决了注射成型后塑件上口和下口内侧面倒扣的脱模问题。另外介绍了一种模具强制复位的结构。模具结构简单实用。According to the analysis of structure characteristics for inner cap of olive, introduced the design principle and work process of the injection mold, and put forward one type releasing method of floating female core and two stage ejection mechanism. Solved the demoulding problems of product undercut. Furthermore, one type of compulsory return mechanism was introduced. The mold has the advantage of simple structure.
