某地区交通事故多发伤一体化救治经验分析

摘　　要：目的对某地区交通事故多发伤伤员采用一体化救治模式救治的经验进行总结分析。方法回顾分析2008年1月-2011年1月在院采用一体化救治模式救治的305例交通事故多发伤伤员的救治效果,与2005年1月-2007年12月医院救治的186例伤员进行比较。结果采用一体化救治模式后,接警到现场时间、从接警到将伤员送达医院的时间、从接警到伤员接受院内救治时间均较未采用一体化救治模式缩短(P<0.05),入院后施行损伤控制性手术能提高交通事故多发伤伤员救治成功率。结论在交通事故所致的多发伤救治中,一体化救治模式是一种高效的救治模式,施行损伤控制性手术能提高救治成功率,值得推广应用。Objective To summarize the experience of integrated treatment pattern of the treatment for patients with multiple trauma caused by traffic accident in a certain area. Methods The treatment effect of 305 patients with multiple trauma caused by traf- fic accident during January 2008 to January 2011 treated by integrated treatment pattern were retrospectively analyzed, and the treatment time of the 305 patients were compared with 186 patients treated in hospital during January 2005 to December 2011. Results The av- erage time from receiving help to arriving at the scene, back to the hospital and to emergency treatment was shortened by performing in- tegrated treatment pattern（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The success rate of treatment of the patients with multiple trauma caused by traffic accident was improved obviously by performing damage control surgery. Conclusion Integrated treatment pattern is an effective pattern for the treat- ment of the patients with multiple trauma caused by traffic accident and the success rate of treatment of patients with multiple trauma can be improved by damage control surgery. It is worthy of popularization and application.
