舒口散的质量标准研究

摘　　要：采用 TL C法对本品中夏枯草、黄柏及冰片进行了定性鉴别 ;并采用薄层扫描法测定绿原酸的含量 ,其平均回收率为 97.4 5% ,RSD为 2 .0 2 %Spica prunellae, cortex phellodendri and borneolum syntheticum in shukou powder were qualitatively identified by thin layer chromatography method. The contents of chlorogenic acid were determined by TLC scanner method. The average recoveries and the relative standard deviation of this method were 97.45% and 2 02%,respectively.
