大汶河流域食管癌患者住院费用分布及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析影响食管癌患者住院费用的主要影响因素。方法利用PB数据库提取2006--2010年期间食管癌患者的住院信息，包括个人基本信息及费用等，采用广义线性模型分析费用的主要影响因素。结果患者次均住院费用平均为6558．60元，并呈现逐年上升趋势。广义线性模型分析显示在其他影响因素相同的情况下，相对对照组，非手术治疗患者费用减少3197．50元；费用类型为医疗保险时，费用增加2061．70元；治疗增加1天，住院费用增加546．96元：年龄每增加1岁，费用增加27．62元。结论住院费用的主要影响因素依次为是否手术，费用类型，性别，治疗天数，年龄。Objective To analyze the factors on hospitalization expenses of gastric cancer inpatients. Methods Infor- mation about gastric cancer inpatients during 2006 to 2010 was collected from PB database, and the generalized linear model （ GLM ） was used to analyze influential factors on tees. Results Fee of per patient was 6 558.60 Yuan and increased year by year. On the assumption that other factors would be the same, the fee of no-operation fell 3 197.50 Yuan, compared to control groups. and when the fees were paid with medical insurance, they increased 2 061.70 Yuan. The inpatient tee increased 546.96 Yuan when the inhospital treatment increased one clay, and fee increased 27.62 Yuan as age increased one year. Conclusion The main influential fac：tors oil hospitalization expenses of gastric cancer inpatients include whether operation or not, fee type, sex, treatment clays and age.
