摘　　要：本文以海洋环境保护标准为例,阐述了海洋标准技术审查工作中存在的主要问题,分析了问题产生的原因,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策建议,以寻求提高标准技术审查工作效率的方法和途径。Citing the marine environment protection standards, this paper presents the main issues of the marine standards technology examination, analyses the cause, and puts forward the corresponding solutions to search for method to enhance efficiency of standard technology examination.
