摘　　要：本文分析了当前江苏省文化创意产业园区建设已取得的成果,在取得这些成绩的同时,园区发展中存在的问题也日益突出,如发展规划缺位、同质化现象严重、标准体系缺失、高端创意人才匮乏。针对上述问题,必须在加强园区规划、产业引导、标准化研究、培养高端创意人才等方面作出应对措施。This paper summarizes the achievanents of Ymgsu Cultural and Creative Industry Park and analyzes the increasingly serious development problems, such as the vacancy of development planning; serious homogenization, lack of standards system and lack of high- end creative talents. In response to these problems, we must take measures in aspects of the park plannlng, imiustry guidance, standardization research, training of high-end creative talents.
