摘　　要：目的:了解宝山区免疫规划冷链设备配备及运转情况,为配置和更新冷链设备提供依据。方法:2011年12月,对宝山区冷链设备现状、2008-2010年疫苗效价监测数据进行调查分析。结果:宝山区现有冷库2座,冷藏车1辆,冷藏和普通冰箱146台,冷藏箱包57个,均能正常运转使用。各单位冷链设备容积均大于冷链容积需要量。各单位有冷链管理制度,建立了冷链设备档案。2008-2010年,采集脊灰疫苗和麻疹疫苗进行效价监测,效价均达到要求。结论:现有冷链设备达到了免疫规划疫苗的储运需求,能够保证冷链系统的正常运转。Objective To explore the configuration and function of cold-chain equipment for expanded program on immunization in Baoshan District of Shanghai,and to provide basis for the configuration and updating of cold-chain equipment. Methods In December 2011, we conducted an investigation on cold-chain equipment status and monitoring data of vaccine titer from 2008 to 2010. Results There were two cold storages,one refrigerated truck, 146 ordinary refrigerators,and 57 refrigerated bags, all of which were able to normal operation. The volume of cold chain equipment was larger than requirements in each unit. All units had cold chain management system and equipment files. Polio vaccine and measles vaccine titer met the requirements from 2008 to 2010. Conclusions The existing cold chain equipment for storage and transportation meet the requirements,and can ensure the normal functioning of the cold-chain system.
