支炎合剂治疗小儿支原体肺炎痰热闭肺型25例

摘　　要：目的:观察支炎合剂对小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将50例确诊为支原体肺炎痰热闭肺型的小儿患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各25例,对照组予西医常规治疗+阿奇霉素序贯疗法,治疗组予西医常规治疗+支炎合剂,两组均治疗2周后比较疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为92.00%,对照组为80.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗4、6、10、14d后肺炎症状积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:支炎合剂治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhiyan mixture in the treatment of mycoplasma pneu- monia in children. Methods ： Fifty children with a confirmed diagnosis of phlegm - heat obstructing lung type myco- plasma pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 25 ） and control group （ n = 25 ）. The control group received sequential therapy （conventional Western medicine treatment and azithromycin） , while the treatment group received conventional Western medicine treatment and Zhiyan mixture. The course of treatment was 2 weeks in both groups. The treatment outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results ： The treatment group had a signifi- cantly higher overall response rate than the control group （92. 00% vs 80. 00%, P 〈 0. 05 ）. There were significant differences in score of pneumonia symptoms between the two groups after 4,6,10 ,and 14 d of treatment（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion：Zhiyan mixture has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.
