专业化市场发展及其经济增长贡献理论综述及经验实证

摘　　要：专业市场因其积聚效应和有效降低交易费用的功能,在经济发展中的表现和影响越来越重要。本文尝试从实证的角度验证专业市场的发展与经济增长之间的关系。首先分析2000年至2011年度的数据,得出我国专业市场的成交额与我国GDP增长之间呈现出非常显著的正相关,接着本文继续选取我国35个主要城市作为研究对象,数据选取2000年-2011年的专业市场的交易额和经济发展的指标即各城市GDP,采用面板模型分析专业市场的交易额与城市经济增长之间的相关关系。实证研究结果表明专业市场的发展促进了经济的发展。The specialized market in China has developed rapidly for over 30 years since China＇s reform and opening up to the outside world. It has become an important economic phenomenon with big scales, diversity of kinds and rapid development, which plays a big role in promoting the development of regional economy. The essay has used the empirical test to get the relationship between the development of the specialized market and the economic development. Firstly, the significantly positive relationship between the total volume of transaction in the specialized markets of China and the total Chinese GDP using the data from 2000 to 2011. Further,the panel data model has been applied to test the relationship again by choosing the 35 main cities of China as the samples with the data from 2000 to 2011. In conclusion, The development of the specialized market has contributed to Chinese economy.
