摘 要:采用自制的实验装置对H2S的去除过程进行了初步的考察.在常温(20℃)常压下,以聚合硫酸铁和硫酸铜为原料,并加入适量H2O2作为吸收液,对聚合硫酸铁-硫酸铜溶液吸收H2S进行了研究.结果表明,实验测得在初始H2S质量浓度为68mg/m3时,Cu+与H2O2物质的量比为1∶4时吸收率最佳,H2S的去除率可达90%以上.This article is about a research on the absorption of H2S by polymeric ferric sulfate-copper sulfate solution. By the use of home-made experimental facilities,preliminary research has been made on the removal of H2S. It is shown by the experimental results that under normal temperature (20℃) and pressure, solutions of polymeric ferric sulfate-copper sulfate with appropriate amount of H2O2 have a greater absorption capacity and absorption rate. According to experimental results,when consistency of HES is 68 mg/ma and mol ratio of Cu+ and H2O2 is 1 : 4,the best absorption rate is obtained,which means the removal rate of H2S can reach more than 90%. There is high economic value and basis for large-scale production in this solution because of the wide source and affordability of raw materials and its ability to absorb large amount of H2S with little consumption. Through proper modification and research on specific distribution of solvent,it can be put into production to deal with H2 S.
