摘 要:通过幼虫取食供试作物叶片,检测舞毒蛾幼虫取食小麦和玉米叶片后几种抗性酶的活性,以探讨舞毒蛾幼虫取食对小麦和玉米的诱导抗性。结果表明:舞毒蛾取食后的小麦和玉米叶片CAT、PPO、POD活性较取食前显著升高;受害小麦叶片的PAL活性较取食前显著升高,玉米无显著变化;结果提示舞毒蛾幼虫取食能够诱导小麦和玉米在生理生化方面的抗虫性。The treatment of lymantria dispar larvae attack was conducted on leaves of tested crops, and the resistance enzyme activi- ties in crops leaves were measured to explore induced resistance of wheat and cora from Lymantria dispar larvae attack. The result showed that CAT.PPO,POD activity of leaves from wheat and corn rose distinctly or significantly, PAL activity of leaves from wheat and corn rose distinctly or changed insignificantly. The results suggest that wheat and corn of Lymantria dispar larvae attack can produce anti - nutritional or and - digestion enzymes against Lymantria dispar, thereby increasing its resistance to insects.
