摘　　要：目的：探讨下呼吸道真菌感染的危险因素、临床特点及致病诱因。方法：应用回顾性调查的方法．对本院2010-2012年住院患者发生医院内下呼吸道真菌感染的病例进行统计分析。结果：医院内下呼吸道真菌感染的发生是多种疾病继发感染的结果，亦与患者年龄、抗生素不合理应用、免疫抑制剂使用和侵袭性操作等因素密切相关。结论：早期诊断、及时治疗是预防医院内下呼吸道真菌感染和改善预后的重要措施。Objective： To explore the clinical characteristics and causes of risk factors, lower respiratory tract fungal infection. Methods： A retrospective investigation, in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 patients had lower respiratory tract nosocomial fungal infection were statistical analysis. Results： The hospital lower respiratory tract fungal infection was the secondary infection in many diseases result, also associated with age, irrational use of antibiotics, immunosuppressant and invasive operation and other factors were closely related. Conclusion： Early diagnosis, timely treatment is an important measure to lower respiratory tract fungal infection and improve prognosis of prevention in hospital.
