医院高危药品管理模式的探讨

摘　　要：目的:通过高危药品规范管理,提升药物安全管理水平,保证患者用药安全。方法:制定医院高危药品目录,规范高危药品管理,建立高危药品使用管理制度。结果:总结医院高危药品的风险防范措施及管理方法,提高医务人员对高危药品的认识,降低了用药风险。结论:在药物安全事件频发的情况下,医疗机构应重视高危药品管理,减少用药差错发生。Objective： To promote the control level of high risk drugs and guarantee the safe medication of pa- tients through the standardized management of high risk drugs. Methods： To establish the hospital high-risk drug direc- tory, standardize the management of high risk drugs and develop the control systems for the application of high risk drugs. Results： The risk prevention measures and management methods for the hospital high risk drugs were summa- rized, the medical staff awareness of high risk drugs was enhanced and the medication risk was reduced. Conclusion： Under the situatioa of frequent incidence of events related to drug safety, medical establishments should pay great at- tention to the high-risk drug management and reduce the occurrence of medication error.
