鸡肾病变型传染性支气管炎病毒分离及免疫的研究

摘　　要：鸡自然发生的鸡肾病变型传染性支气管炎病例 ,进行了流行病学及病理变化方面的检验。以新鲜病死鸡肾脏为材料 ,通过接种易感发育鸡胚尿囊腔的途径 ,进行病毒的分离与传代 ,分离到 5株病毒 (分别记作IBV_HQC96 0 1、IBV_HQC96 0 4、IBV_HQL96 0 6、IBV_HQC96 10、IBV_HTL96 11) ,经初步检验及对易感鸡的感染发病试验 ,表明为鸡肾病变型传染性支气管炎病毒。用鸡肾病变型传染性支气管炎T毒株及分离毒株 ,制备灭活疫苗 。The epidemiology and pathological changes about the case of naturally infected by nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis viruses were examined.The viruses were isolaled and passed by the routes of inoculating susceptible embryo chorioallantoic with the fresh kidney of sick chickens we had isolated 5 strains viruses (IBV_HQC9601、IBV_HQC9604、IBV_HQL9606、IBV_HQC9610、IBV_HTL9611),the results showed that these viruses were nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis viruses by the preliminary examination and the tests of causing illness susceptible chickens.The inactivated vaccine was made with strains T and isolated strains of nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis viruses,the results showed that it has better peculiar immune protective effects by preliminary experiments.
