综合护理干预对手足口病患儿家长疾病认知的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对手足口病患儿家长疾病认知的影响。方法采用抽样法选取320例手足口病患儿家长,于护理干预前后对其进行疾病认知情况调查,比较其差异。结果 320名患儿家长的手足口病相关知识知晓率由干预前的39.88%上升到干预后的65.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过综合护理干预对患儿家长进行全面的健康教育,可以提高患儿家长对疾病知识的知晓率,使家长全身心地配合患儿的治疗及护理,促进患儿早日康复。Objective To investigate the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the parents of child patients with hand,foot and mouth disease. Methods A sampling method was used and a survey was conducted on their cognition of the disease before and after nursing in- tervention and the difference was compared to select. Results 320 parents of children with hand,foot and month disease-related knowledge rate rose from 39.88% to 65.63% after the intervention, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Comprehensiye health education through comprehensive nursing intervention on the parents of children can raise the awareness of parents of children with the disease knowledge,so that the parents wholeheartedly with the treatment and care of the children,which promote the speedy recovery of children.
