五线五区十三穴推拿法治疗颈僵型项痹病105例临床疗效验证观察

摘　　要：[目的]验证五线五区十三穴推拿法治疗颈僵型项痹病的临床疗效。[方法]按照国家中医药管理局"十一五"推拿重点专科项痹病诊疗方案临床验证要求,建立临床病例观察表(Case Report Form,CRF),采用多中心验证评价,观察五线五区十三穴推拿法对颈僵型项痹病疼痛、麻木、眩晕、上肢肌力、颈项活动度、X线颈椎曲度、情绪变化等7项指标的疗效,共验证病例105例。[结果]经10次治疗后,7项指标的改善均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2周后随访与治疗前比较,除上肢肌力一项外,其余6项指标的改善均有统计学意义P<0.05;2周后随访与10次治疗后比较,随访者上肢麻木、眩晕、上肢肌力、情绪变化等4项指标没有出现显著变化(P>0.05),疼痛、颈椎活动度、X线颈椎曲度3项指标较疗程结束(10次)有进一步改善,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]五线五区十三穴推拿法对改善颈僵型项痹病7项指标具有良好的疗效,经随访显示疗效肯定。[Objective] To confirm the clinical effect of ＂neck Bi Syndrome＂ treated by ＂five hnes-five zones-thirteen points＂ Tnina manipulation. [Method] According to the request on chnical test issued by the national administration of traditional Chinese medicine, a CP, F observation form was set up. 105 cases of ＂neck Bi Syndrome＂ were treated by ＂five lines-five zones-thirteen points＂ Tuina manipulation. Seven signs such as pain, numbness, dizziness, hmb muscle force, motion of neck, cervical vertebra curve and emotion changes were observed. [Results] After 10 treatment courses, the 7 signs which were observed improved significantly.（P〈0.05）. Two weeks later, 6 signs were improved significantly（P〈0.05）, except for limb muscle force. There was significance in pain, motion of neck and cervical vertebra curve between after 10 times treatment and after 2 weeks follow-up time visit（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] ＂Five hnes-five zones-thirteen points＂ Tuina manipulation is rehable and shows stable effects in follow-up visits.
