针药结合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛28例的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨针药结合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。[方法]将符合纳入标准的54例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为针药结合组28例,单纯药物组26例,均以10天为1疗程,以VAS疼痛评分作为观察指标,观察比较疗程结束后两组患者疼痛的改善情况。[结果]治疗组总有效率为89.28%,单纯药物组总有效率为73.03%,差异有统计学意义P<0.05。[结论]针药结合和单纯西药都是治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的有效治疗手段,且针刺和西药具有协同作用。[Objective] The discussion on clinical effects of combination of acupuncture with medicine on treating postherpetic neuralgia. [Method] 54 pa-tients were randomly divided into 2 groups： 28 patients for group of acupuncture and medicine; 26 patients, simply drug group, a course of treatment was 10 days, with VAS pain scale adopted as observation index; and then observe and compare the relieve of pain of the two groups of patients at the end of treatment. [Result]Total efficiency of the treatment group was 89.28%, total efficiency of the simply drug group was 73.03%. [Conclusion] Both of the combined acupuncture drug and simple western medicine were effective treatment to postherpetic neuralgia, and acupuncture and western medicine have cooperation effect.
